Assistant Manager (Engineering)

You are currently looking for an Assistant Manager in Engineering to join your team in Ludhiana with a monthly salary of 50,000 CTC. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a mandatory experience of 6 to 8 years. Your main responsibilities will revolve around technical drawing interpretation, process flow development, 3D modeling & drafting, machining process knowledge, process documentation & compliance, production & quality coordination, continuous improvement, supplier & vendor coordination, as well as troubleshooting & problem-solving. You will be expected to work closely with production and quality teams to streamline operations, implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers for material selection and procurement. In addition to these responsibilities, you should have proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment, and have good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
