Job Description

Assistant Manager, Engineering CIVIL

Execution in chargeofr the New and Retrofit Showroom Civil & interior, MEP works.
Monitor work daily and reporting in terms of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Attend all design and site review meetings.
Ensure necessary co-ordination and resolve the design clashes in co-ordination with the Line Manager.
Regular supervision, monitoring and reporting of Site activities
Co-ordinate with Architect / consultants and client
Interact with Line managers & vendors on all issues
Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation to agreed specifications
Maintain checklist and joint verification of measurements with vendors.
Snagging & De-snagging and assist in handing over formalities.

Preferred candidates:

BE CIVIL with at least 5 10 years of experience in Civil and Interiors

Retail, Commercial, Interior Fit-out experience is mandatory.

Candidates should be open to stay at project location for 3 4 months until project handing over.
