Dredging:

Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.

Job Purpose:

Engineer - EME ensures reliability and availability of earth-moving machinery through effective maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical issues, maintaining uninterrupted functionality and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Resource Management:

• Allocate workshop resources and manpower effectively to achieve desired results within specified time frames.
  

EME Equipment Management

• Implement strategies for high availability and reliability of earth-moving equipment, including maintenance and calibration procedures.
  

Indigenization And Innovation

• Identify opportunities for local manufacturing, adhere to RTO regulations, and implement innovative solutions.
  

Health And Safety

• Maintain a safe work environment, ensure adherence to safe practices and policies, and implement RTO regulations.
  

Digital Mindset

• Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable)
  

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

• 05-10 years of experience in relevant field
