Job overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - HVAC Engineer (SME) with strong experience in pharmaceutical HVAC system design, execution, and validation.

The role involves supporting greenfield and brownfield pharma projects while ensuring compliance with GMP and pharma regulatory standards.

Job Role: HVAC - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 7 12 Years experience in HVAC Engineering

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities

- Design, review, and execution of HVAC & AHU systems for pharma facilities

- Perform heat load calculations, ducting layouts, equipment selection, and room data sheets

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams

- Support cleanroom design, air classification, pressure differentials, and airflow concepts

- Prepare and review technical specifications, and vendor drawings

- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities

- Ensure compliance with GMP, USFDA, UKMHRA, WHO standards

- Prepare and execute DQ, IQ, OQ documentation for HVAC systems

- Assist in audits, FAT/SAT, and regulatory inspections

- Monitor timelines, quality, safety, and documentation at site

Desired Profile:

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical / HVAC Engineering

- 7 – 12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical HVAC Projects

- Hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

- Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC, validation & compliance

- Good coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills
