Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the CSR & Sustainability department, your role will focus on driving and promoting sustainable business practices within the organization. You will be responsible for delivering impactful training on sustainability to business leaders, function heads, and employees. Your main objective will be to foster a culture of sustainability through engaging educational initiatives and managing internal and external communications related to sustainability efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver training programs on sustainability for business leaders, function heads, and employees at all levels. - Create educational materials, workshops, and e-learning modules to promote sustainability best practices within the organization. - Ensure sustainability is integrated into the company culture by providing continuous learning opportunities. - Develop and execute a communication strategy for CSR & sustainability, focusing on internal and external stakeholders. - Lead the creation and preparation of annual CSR and sustainability reports in line with global standards (e.g., GRI, ESG frameworks). - Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration on sustainability initiatives. - Work closely with the senior leadership team to align sustainability and CSR goals with the broader business strategy. **Qualification Required:** - Masters in Management/ Sustainable Development/ Environment. - 4-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, preferably with some experience in training or employee engagement. - Proven experience in preparing sustainability and CSR reports, preferably aligned with GRI, ESG, or other reporting frameworks. - Solid understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and global CSR standards. - Experience in managing communication channels, including websites and social media, and creating engaging content. - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.,
