Assistant Manager - Credit Management

Role Overview: As a Credit Review Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting credit reviews for both new and existing client requests. Your main focus will be assessing their creditworthiness across multiple parameters to ensure the financial stability and risk management of the company. This includes evaluating financial statements, market research, and collaborating effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assess the creditworthiness of clients by assigning internal customer risk ratings and performing a comprehensive analysis of their business profile, industry outlook, management quality, and financial performance. - Evaluate financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, along with ratio analysis, to determine profitability, liquidity, and leverage. Based on this assessment, recommend appropriate credit limits. - Conduct market research using third-party tools like D&B reports to assess overall business performance. Possess strong knowledge of financial statements across various industries, with the ability to identify trends, interpret ratios, and highlight key risks. - Collaborate effectively with clients, drive process improvements, and maintain the credit review portfolio. Proactively identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and ratios across various industries. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. - Prior experience in credit analysis or risk management would be advantageous. ,
