Job Description

Role & responsibilities Product costing & design &development costing from rubber and plastic industry Perform financial impact analysis of costing activities, inventory revaluation, price difference increase& decrease analysis Preparing price list &price book for compounds, processes, materials as per conditions &combinations Implementation of centre of excellence for product costing Centralised MIS template for management on weekly & monthly basis Key product profitability analysis SKU &SBU wise calculation of selling price as per BOM & actual on production floor Complex working involving margins and discounting structure calculations ROI calculation Branch inventory controlling and stock allocation Create profit centre/ cost centre &cycle time calculation pf existing &new business Creating &maintaining Internal Run Rate for new business development Split cost valuation project for tracing branch stock to the main plant Implementation of Inventory valuation from system Plant wise input &output ratio & profitability report analysis Profitability analysis for respective product line every month Material COGS reconciliation and segment wise analysis Monthly forecast Vs Budget analysis Able to develop &skills of CRM software like Salesforce/ SAP for costing module Preferred candidate profile MBA Costing or ICWA Commerce Bachler strong maths and arithmetic Good organizational and management skill Strong driver, ability to motivate people & team Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Preferred industry: Rubber and Plastic Manufacturing Industry
