Assistant Manager Cost & Management Accounting

You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring cost accounting systems to ensure accurate cost records. Your role will involve analyzing production and operational costs, tracking variances, and providing suggestions for corrective actions. Additionally, you will handle inventory valuation, cost allocations, and reconciliation. In this position, you will assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting from a cost-efficiency perspective. You will also be involved in supporting month-end and year-end closing processes for cost and inventory. Collaboration with directors to enhance cost management practices across all departments will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements in this role. Exposure to ERP systems, experience with Tally, and previous experience working in a manufacturing unit are required qualifications for this position. This is a full-time, permanent job with a day shift and fixed shift schedule. A performance bonus may be provided based on your achievements.
