Job Description

This is an independent contributor role in the client servicing group with execution responsibility. You will be responsible for client interaction and interfacing, thus requiring good written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate would be a semi-qualified/qualified Company Secretary with around 3+ years of experience in a Company Secretarial firm or consulting company, handling multiple clients. Experience in specifically incorporating foreign subsidiaries companies would be considered as favourable. Your main activities will include updating e-statutory registers, preparing minutes of meetings of the board of directors, and preparing and sending MIS reports as per the letter of engagement on a quarterly basis for retainer clients. You will also be responsible for handling annual filings such as AOC4 & MGT7, DPT3, DIR3-KYC, MSME Filings, FLA, etc. If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this role, please send us a copy of your latest CV at HR@floraison.in.,
