Assistant Manager - Corporate Business Development

The ideal candidate for this role would preferably have an MBA/Post Graduate or Graduate degree with relevant experience in Wealth management firms/Banks, NBFCs handling Institutional Business. You should have 3-5 years of experience in the specified sector to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position. Your key responsibilities will include acquiring Corporate Business for various financial products, organizing financial management sessions/events at Institutions, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategy building, ideation, and events. Your focus will be on maintaining client relationships and driving business growth. The salary offered for this position is in the range of Rs. 3-5 Lakhs per annum, with no constraints for the right candidate. In addition, there are performance-based attractive perks, including bonuses and incentives. You will also have access to a company vehicle if you possess a valid driving license. This is a full-time position with fixed shifts and a structured bonus system that includes performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
