To assist Associate Director Corporate Affairs in matters related to DGCABuild relationship with Directorate of Medical Services and Directorate of Air Transport of DGCAObtain appointments for Medical examination of Pilots, dispatch of their PMR to various IAF Medical Centres and obtaining NOCs for early / delayed and Special Medical of the pilots.Closely follow up and close matter pertaining to medical assessment and timely review of Pilot Medical reports/ files at DMS DGCA.Understand the clarification/ objection raised / requirements in the application/ document and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders in addressing the same.Follow-up with internal stakeholders in addressing the clarification/ objection raised / requirements and ensure timely submission of the same.Follow-up on matter pertaining to DMS and DAT.Generate MIS about various submission and approvals.Ensure submissions are made as per regulatory requirements and follow-up with DGCA for timely approvals.Facilitate meetings of internal stakeholder with Regulator time to time and share action points from the meeting with Associate Director Corporate Affairs.Update Associate Director Corporate Affairs about the developments in DGCAAdditional KnowledgeHave adequate knowledge of Aviation MedicalGood understanding of DGCA Rules & RegulationsEducation Requirement - Any Graduation
