As an Assistant Manager- Community Manager, your role will involve various key responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) programme: - Ensure every revenue village/habitation is covered with Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTCs) as per JJM guidelines. - Conduct Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in every revenue village and prepare Village Action Plan (VAP) with a participatory approach. - Provide assistance in conducting PRA and VAP to facilitate community involvement. - Ensure every village has constituted Village Water and Sanitation Committee (VWSC) as per JJM guidelines and Gazette Notification of MP. - Coordinate and liaise among Gram Panchayat, Jila Panchayat, Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJN), Project Implementation Unit (PIU), and other relevant line departments. - Provide necessary support for Capacity Building plan, Surveys, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities plan, and Social Mobilization Activities. - Undertake any other tasks relevant to the project for social mobilization and other project activities. - Lead the Project Team in the implementation of the JJM programme and its objectives. - Support, monitor, and evaluate the JJM programme regularly to achieve milestones and objectives within the defined time frame. - Implement JJM guidelines effectively to contribute to the success of the programme.
