Assistant Manager - Cloud & IT Infrastructure

1. Key Responsibilities

Modern Cloud & Endpoint

1. Drive Transformation initiatives across L&T group companies to modernize Endpoint management & streamline Compliance across the individual group companies.
2. Advise Group Companies & lead implementation to modernize the endpoint landscape such as SCCM Enrolment, Hybrid Intune Enrolment, Direct enrolment.
3. Advise & implementSecurity initiatives such as Endpoint Encryption, Device Management, Application Management.
4. Formulate a Cloud First optimized strategy for Endpoints
5. Ensure compliances of endpoints for Patch management, Encryption & Device management.
6. Configure, set up, and maintain cloud infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid environments
7. Work alongside the CISO team to drive up compliance & actively participate in Internal & External Audits.

Virtualization & Storage

1. Govern existing Virtualization Landscape viz. Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix & ensure capacity management
2. Liase & advise various group companies on their virtualization requirements drive transformation projects.
3. Ensure up time of Critical IT infrastructure such as storage, servers etc.
4. Actively participate in Budgeting & Cost Control initiatives.

Identity & SSE Management

1. Drive transformation projects to modernize Identity across L&T Group companies.
2. Ensure Compliances, Security directives to ensure a secure Active Directory & Entra environment
3. Advise & Implement SSE Technologies across group companies as per Zero Trust principles.
4. Ensure Governance of SSE & Zero Trust Policies with IT operations teams.
5. Ensure Governance with relevant OEMs for timely resolution of issues & optimal usage of licenses etc.
