Assistant Manager - Cabin Design

Dear Candidate, We`re looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer with strong expertise in Cab Structure & Trims Design for Construction Equipment or Automotive (BIW & Trims). Plastics experience should be must. Key Responsibilities: Concept design & development of Cab systems/components. Creation of CAD Layouts, BOM, and Production Drawings. Engineering Documentation, Change Notices & PLM release. Coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors & suppliers. Support current product PCM, VA-VE, service issues & prototype builds. Participation in regulatory compliance & ergonomic/NVH/HVAC evaluations. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on with Cab design for CE machines like Loaders, Backhoe, Excavators or Tractors Strong in Sheet Metal & Plastic component design Knowledge of DFM/DFA, GD&T, DFMEA, Tolerance Stack-up & Space Claim Proficiency in CAD tools (UG NX preferred) Understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, plastics, assembly) Familiar with DVPSOR documentation and compliance requirements Excellent communication & coordination skills Interested candidate revert me at swati.shikha@mounttalent.com or call 9560495550
