Assistant Manager Business Finance

**Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager Business Finance, you will be a crucial part of the dynamic finance team, bringing your expertise as a Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. Your proactive approach will be essential in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining financial processes, and providing support for strategic decision-making. Collaboration across functions will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Book Closure & Accounting Oversight:** - Independently manage monthly and annual book closures for multiple business units. - Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. - **Business Coordination & Transactional Support:** - Act as a key liaison with cross-functional business teams. - Provide real-time financial insights and support in transaction structuring. - **MIS & Reporting:** - Prepare monthly MIS reports for various business verticals to aid in performance monitoring and decision-making. - Offer variance analysis and actionable insights. - **Chart of Accounts (COA) Management:** - Lead the standardization and alignment of COA across entities. - Maintain control over COA usage and consistency. - **Business Transition & Integration:** - Support the onboarding of new businesses. - Manage due diligence processes, transition of opening balances, and COA integration. - **Statutory Compliance:** - Oversee monthly filings of GST and TDS according to statutory deadlines. - Ensure accurate and timely compliance with indirect tax requirements. - **Financial Statements & Audits:** - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Collaborate with Big 4 auditors and lead annual audit processes. **Qualification Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 35 years of post-qualification experience. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,
