Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Gurgaon, is for an Assistant Manager - Business Development and Marketing. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the firm's client base. The role also entails conducting market research and collaborating with various internal teams to meet objectives.

Skillset and Qualifications requirement

• Business Development and Marketing skills, including identifying opportunities, and pursuing client acquisition (Online and Calling)
• Strong Research and Analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in financial advisory or consulting will be an advantage

Experience Required

2-3 years of relevant experience is must.
