We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual to join us in admin, operations, and recruitment support. Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing databases, supporting recruitment, and enhancing our digital presence. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to grow in HR/operations! Responsibilities: ✔ Database Management: Maintain and update candidate/client records. ✔ Recruitment Support: Source profiles, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. ✔ Social Media Management: Handle LinkedIn/other platforms for employer branding. ✔ Administrative Tasks: Documentation, reporting, and MS Office-based work. ✔ Coordination: Liaise between candidates, clients, and the management team. Requirements: ✅ 0–1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged!). ✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ✅ Strong English communication (verbal & written). ✅ Organized & detail-oriented with multitasking skills. ✅ Basic understanding of recruitment/social media is a plus.
