Key Responsibilities: Conduct Onboarding/Induction training of new joiners (Supervisor Level) Plan, implement and conduct training programs related to Behavioral and leadership development during Onboarding Trainee performance evaluation and accurately identifying weaknesses Demonstrate proficient training skills including professional demeanor, classroom facilitation techniques and encouragement of open dialogue Monitor and observe various training related work functions Design, develop and manage training content for Onboarding/ Behavioral Training Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Manage all reporting and pro-actively sharing it with business partners Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans and understand data while performing detailed problem analysis Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization Responsible for designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials for managing Onboarding Track new training methods and techniques Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts to help develop a conducive environment for training Skills & Attributes: Strong English communication skills with neutral accent Minimum 3+ years of experience as Soft Skills-Behavioral-Onboarding Trainer Proven knowledge to master the full training cycle Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques Demonstrated ability to defect areas, rolling out action plans accordingly
