Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Ad Sales Specialist to drive brand-focused advertising revenue for a portfolio of 50+ manufacturers. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Brand Acquisition Onboarding:

Actively engage with assigned manufacturers to onboard them onto our advertising platform.
Develop and present compelling value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of our advertising solutions.
Campaign Management Optimization:
Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns tailored to individual client needs and objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions) and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
Negotiate and secure consistent advertising budgets and recurring revenue streams.
Coordination Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Expected skillset:

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, e-commerce advertising, or performance marketing. Prior experience with e-commerce advertising platforms or ad tech tools (e.g., Citrus Ads, Online Sales) is a strong plus.
