Assistant Manager - Accounts

As an Assistant Manager - Accounts at Maier Vidorno Altios, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations within the manufacturing group. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions, implementing efficient financial practices, and supervising accounting teams to maintain proper workflow. You will be expected to oversee key accounting operations such as financial reporting, ledger functions, internal controls, and compliance with financial regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a clear understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment and possess a CA Inter qualification with at least 3 years of industrial experience. Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced MS Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP & Tally are essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of GST, TDS, balance sheet, finalization, and other statutory obligations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, coordinating with external auditors, managing cash flow and treasury operations, and driving improvements in financial systems to streamline processes. The work environment is office-based with occasional travel to subsidiary locations, and you will need to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting that requires flexibility and adaptability.
