Role Overview: You will be a part of the Accounting Advisory Services team, where you will play a crucial role in implementing Indian GAAP/ Ind AS/ IFRS standards, including addressing complex technical issues during transition and post-implementation. Your expertise will be utilized in developing technical papers for clients, preparing technical notes for documentation, and management discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Associate Directors & Directors to execute large and complex Accounting Advisory Projects - Conduct research on technical issues and contribute to the preparation of high-quality technical reports and presentations - Support areas such as IFRS / US GAAP convergence, new accounting pronouncements, and regulatory changes affecting accounting decisions - Utilize the firm's methodologies in servicing clients on IFRS/ US GAAP convergence engagements - Stay updated on regulatory and accounting developments - Apply knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and understand the differences from Indian GAAP, independently handling Ind AS engagements - Develop training material and conduct training sessions on various accounting topics like Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP - Present technical accounting matters to clients and senior team members effectively Qualification Required: - Must be a CA with at least 3 years of experience Additional Details: The team at Accounting Advisory Services comprises experts in GAAP who possess in-depth technical understanding and expertise in the preferred approach for conversion and preparation of financial statements, ensuring effective support to clients.,
