Assistant Maintenance

• Responsible for Installing, maintaining, repairing machines & equipments.
• Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance tasks on time.
• Including equipment used in wire and cable production, such as drawing machines, extrusion lines, coiling machines, Laboratory Equipments Etc.
• Maintain accurate records as per ISO.
• Able to understand drawings.
• Assist production teams with equipment setup and operation as needed.
• Basic skills of operation of lathe machine, welding machine and tool room equipment.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform electrical repairs.
• Coordination with third party/Vendors for routine checkup of vendor equipment.
• Ability to design, development and implementation of custom made machinery, fixtures etc.
• Minimize downtime by efficiently managing repair processes and coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Qualification : Diploma

Location : Rajkot, Metoda

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
