Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Installation to oversee and manage the end-to-end installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated car parking systems. The role requires leadership, strong technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and supervise installation & commissioning of car parking systems (Hydraulic, Stack, Puzzle, Tower, Cart type, etc.).

2. Review, interpret, and implement technical drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) at project sites.

3. Plan and manage site execution activities including manpower, tools, and material allocation.

4. Monitor adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards at all times.

5. Provide leadership in resolving on-site technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

6. Act as a key coordinator between project, design, and R&D teams for modifications or improvements.

7. Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and conduct client training & system handovers.

8. Ensure smooth execution of multiple projects while managing timelines and resources.

9. Be flexible for frequent travel and extended presence at installation sites.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

2. 812 years of hands-on experience in installation/commissioning of mechanical/electrical/automation systems (parking systems, elevators, cranes, or heavy machinery preferred).

3. Strong expertise in hydraulics, motors, electrical wiring, and control systems.

4. Proven experience in site/project management and team leadership.

5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting capabilities.

6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.

7. Ability to handle pressure, ensure timely execution, and manage multiple stakeholders.

8. Flexibility and willingness for extensive field work.
