Assistant General Manager Legal

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Legal at our renowned Real Estate Developer Firm, your role will involve drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and residential agreements, responding to legal queries raised by customers regarding our standard agreements and documentation, liaising with internal CRM and Sales teams to ensure consistency and legal clarity, maintaining proper documentation and records of legal communications and agreements, assisting the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to residential real estate, providing general legal support to the CRM team during pre-sale and post-sale processes, and offering legal support to banks and NBFCs to secure APF (Approved Project Financing). Preferred Skills: - Must have Bangalore Residential real estate experience. - Should possess sound knowledge of BDA, BBMP, and other local authority by-laws. - Well-versed in revenue documentation processes. - Must be able to read and write in Kannada, as many documents are in the local language. - Should have a good understanding of the Karnataka RERA Act and be able to effectively communicate with customers and their legal advisors. - 12-15 years of experience, preferably in real estate or contract drafting. - Familiarity with real estate agreements and RERA laws is an added advantage. - Good verbal and written communication skills. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent) is mandatory. Please note that the salary for this position is open for discussion.
