Assistant General Manager

Job Purpose

To spearhead the development and implementation of quality assurance and risk management frameworks within Hindalcos major projects. This role ensures compliance with established quality standards and risk protocols, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across project phases.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on quality and risk performance metrics.
