Assistant General Manager- Digital Marketing

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Digital Marketing position based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. As the AGM - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and possess a strong understanding of modern digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy, encompassing performance marketing, SEO, content, branding, and automation. - Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and others. - Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, Display, Retargeting, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI. - Oversee content strategy to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Analyze data and track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, tech, and sales to achieve marketing objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to enhance marketing plans. - Build and manage internal teams as well as agency/vendor relationships. - Conduct regular A/B testing and implement conversion optimization initiatives. - Drive lead generation, engagement, and brand growth metrics.
