Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead gardeners/helpers in daily gardening and landscaping tasks.
2. Plan, design, and maintain lawns, gardens, trees, plants, and seasonal flowers.
3. Monitor plant health, soil conditions, irrigation systems, and pest control.
4. Maintain cleanliness of lawns, flowerbeds, outdoor areas, and pathways.
5. Suggest new plantation ideas and seasonal designs to improve aesthetics.
6. Ensure timely watering, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and overall garden upkeep.
7. Maintain and manage garden tools, machinery, and equipment in proper working order.
8. Train and guide staff in gardening techniques, safety measures, and plant care.
9. Prepare and maintain records of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and consumables.
10. Coordinate with management for landscaping projects, nursery purchases, and outdoor decoration.
Requirements:

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
