Job Title: Gardener – Indoor Plant Maintenance (Field Visits to Offices) Company: Plant Studio by Parnashaad Location: Mumbai / Thane Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Gardener to join our Plant Maintenance Team. The role involves visiting corporate offices across Mumbai and Thane to maintain indoor plants, ensuring they stay healthy, attractive, and well-presented at all times. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned offices as per schedule to maintain all indoor plants. Water, clean, prune, and trim plants to maintain proper shape and health. Identify and treat pest or disease issues promptly. Replace unhealthy plants when required (approval process followed). Maintain cleanliness around plant areas, including pots and trays. Add fertilizers, nutrients, and soil mixes as needed. Ensure plants are upright, supported, and aesthetically presented. Report plant conditions, replacements, and service updates to the supervisor. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Provide excellent service and behave professionally at client locations. Skills & Requirements Basic knowledge of indoor plants, pruning, watering cycles, and fertilizers. Experience in gardening or plant maintenance preferred (training can be provided). Ability to travel across multiple office locations daily. Good communication, discipline, and time-management skills. Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork. Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior. Working Hours Full-time, with field visits scheduled by the operations team. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
