Position: Assistant Franchise Coordinator

Location: Sector 32 (Gurugram)

Gender: Female (Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Franchise Coordinator to support and streamline our franchise operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external franchise partners to ensure smooth operational execution, compliance, and partner satisfaction.

This role demands excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a collaborative mindset to help strengthen our franchise network and operational efficiency PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily operations across all franchise locations PAN India.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the company and franchise partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment on business objectives.
  • Assist in onboarding new franchise partners — from documentation, training coordination to operational setup.
  • Support the Operations team in monitoring franchise performance, process compliance, and service quality.
  • Maintain and update franchise records, performance reports, and partner communications.
  • Identify operational gaps and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) for seamless franchise support.
  • Ensure franchise partners adhere to company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and circulate MIS reports, performance trackers, and dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in planning and organizing review meetings, audits, and partner engagement activities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and trust.
  • Support in the development and execution of expansion and improvement initiatives.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, franchise management, or partner relations (preferably in service or mobility sector).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
