Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the seamless operation of the food & beverage department to deliver an exceptional guest experience - Proactively enhancing guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and requests - Developing and executing plans to achieve property food & beverage goals and hotel targets - Leading and supervising the food & beverage team to promote growth, development, and performance - Managing the departmental budget, overseeing costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels - Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders - Implementing programs to elevate service standards, enhance profitability, and control costs - Ensuring compliance with legislation, conducting due diligence activities, and documenting best practices for audits Requirements: - Previous experience in food & beverage service with strong problem-solving skills - Exceptional leadership abilities with a hands-on and lead-by-example work ethic - Dedication to providing outstanding guest service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry - Ability to offer creative solutions, advice, and recommendations - Personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment - Proficiency in IT systems across different platforms - Excellent communication skills Join us in our mission to create memorable experiences for our guests and become part of the most inspired hotel company globally.
