We're creating the world's fastest fashion & sustainable brand in partnership with Reliance Ajiogram and Myntra for online and present across 6 cities at retail stores of Pernia's Pop-up & Aza Fashions. Celebrities styled Vicky Bhagnani, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Bhuwan Arora, Mangalam Maloo, and others.

We are looking for a Assistant Fashion Designer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Print Designing: Create shirt graphics for DTF printing and work with Heat Press machines.
• Quality Check: Maintain high-quality standards for both prints and overall garment finishing.
• New Design Development: Explore creative ideas including rhinestone applications and experimental Heat Press techniques.
• AI-Assisted Design: Use AI tools to develop new designs, catalog, and publish them to marketplaces and the company website.
• Stock Management: Track and maintain inventory of printed stock.
• Embroidery Design: Making embroidery patterns using automatic embroidery machines (complete training will be provided)

Job Requirements:

• Fashion Background: Prior experience or relevant know-how in fashion or apparel industry preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and consistency in design quality and garment standards.
• Time Management: Able to work swiftly and efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-paced setup.
• Strong Communication: Must be proactive in discussing and implementing feedback from the Director.
• Standing + Sitting Job: This role requires both desk and floor work – from digital design to physical Heat Press application.
• High-Energy, Hustling Role: As an online-first brand, speed, adaptability, and hustle are critical to keep up with dispatch timelines.
• Creativity + Accountability: Looking for a self-driven, reliable team player with a creative mind who is willing to learn and own their role.
• Growth Mindset: Open to learning new techniques and tools (AI/Heat Press/Rhinestone work etc.) with a hands-on approach.

Reporting: Directly to the Director

Location: Sudhama Nagar, Bangalore.

Salary: Based on experience & skill
