Position Description:
Section production performance monitoring on daily basis.
Analysis of in process rejections and implementation of actions to reduce the rejections. Supervising the all operations in production & report to Section in-charges. Highlighting any shortage/discrepancy of material and confirming the alternate plan with the ShiftIn charge & Production In-charge. Optimum utilization of man, machine & materials for reducing the wastage. Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
Special Skills: Time management, Man Management, Leadership, Good Listener.
