Job Description

Franchisee/Vendor Monitoring & Evaluation

Monitor and evaluate franchise/ground technician teams for safety, preventive maintenance (PM), break-fix activities, and training to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Routine Inspections and Preventive Maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and DC Hall thermal equipment to identify issues.
Perform proactive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and replacing worn components.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and HVAC system malfunctions promptly using specialized diagnostic tools and technical expertise.

Repairs and Replacements

Perform repairs and replace defective parts or components to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
