Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will support manufacturing operations, quality control, and process optimization within our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for innovation in cosmetic and personal care product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in manufacturing process optimization for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.

Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality control in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry.

Experience with process validation, GMP guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Education Certifications:

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Additional certifications in GMP, ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.

Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, process optimization, and quality control.
