Position Overview

Assistant Electrician

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Support the installation of wiring and electrical components in various projects.
Work with diesel generator (DG) sets and switchgear to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with senior electricians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
Proficient in repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
Experience with wiring, installation, DG sets, and switchgear.
ITIL certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in IT service management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rotating schedule and on-site environment.
