Assistant Editor

As an Editorial Editor at The Times of India, you will play a key role in shaping the reader experience by editing articles, selecting photos, providing story ideas, and ensuring error-free and informative content. Your responsibilities will include liaising with reporters and photographers to ensure comprehensive coverage of important stories and events. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating visually appealing pages, headlines, taglines, captions, and graphics to engage readers effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in English, along with a degree or diploma in journalism/mass communication. With 10 to 15 years of experience, you will have developed strong language skills, a good news sense, and the ability to keep up with evolving technologies and software.
