Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at our hotel, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that are in line with the hotel's objectives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and using insights to optimize future marketing efforts will also be part of your role. You will be tasked with managing various digital marketing channels such as the hotel website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising. Your creativity will come into play as you create engaging content for these platforms that not only reflect the RHG brand but also attract our target audience. Staying updated with digital marketing trends and implementing best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement will be essential. Supporting PR activities including media relations, press releases, and social media outreach will be another aspect of your role. Additionally, you will assist in developing communication materials like newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials. Building and maintaining relationships with media partners and influencers to elevate the hotel's media presence will also be part of your responsibilities. Market research will be a key component of your role as you identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Using data-driven insights, you will recommend strategic marketing initiatives and pricing strategies. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and promote hotel events, special promotions, and packages will be essential for the seamless execution of these initiatives. Throughout your work, it will be important to uphold and promote the RHG brand values and standards in all marketing efforts. Ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels will be critical to maintaining a strong brand presence. Your proficiency in social media will be a valuable skill in this role, as you leverage various platforms to drive engagement and enhance the hotel's online visibility.
