About the Role:

Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

If you thrive on data, love seeing measurable outcomes, and have a flair for turning numbers into actionable insights, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, set up, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve KPIs.
Generate,analyse, and present weekly and monthly reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Continuously track campaign metrics, recommending and implementing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
Coordinate with the design, content, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in performance marketing with a strong analytical background.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard/reporting tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
