Assistant Creative Director

You are a dynamic and strategic Assistant Creative Director responsible for leading and inspiring the creative team in design, copy, edit, and content functions. Your primary focus will be on floor operations, daily task delegation, process improvement, and collaborating with the business development team to create winning pitches, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Managing the design, copy, editing, and content teams is crucial to ensure seamless workflow and effective daily task delegation. You will provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure smooth coordination across all creative functions. Collaborating with the business development team, you will conceptualize and present compelling creative pitches to win new business and achieve revenue targets. Independently and collaboratively developing strong, innovative creative ideas while integrating South regional nuances into concepts and campaigns is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, conducting quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and excellence before client submission is essential. You will also review all outsourced creative and production work from supply chain partners to maintain quality standards and brand expectations alignment. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations is critical. You will confidently present ideas and ensure clients see value through creativity and strategy. Overseeing all creative projects to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality maintenance is part of your responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for workflow streamlining, team productivity improvement, and implementing best practices for efficiency is also crucial. Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nurture talent, encourage collaboration, and foster a high-performing team culture is a key aspect of this role.
