Assistant Cost Manager

As an Assistant Cost Manager at LAMBSROCK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the cost management team to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. By working closely with senior cost managers and project teams, you will contribute to delivering accurate and timely cost information while maintaining financial control over projects. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in BTech/BE Civil and have 6-8 years of experience in cost management, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with cost management software such as CostX and Sage is advantageous. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Your duties and responsibilities will involve various aspects of cost management, including cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, procurement support, project support, and data management. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, developing project budgets and forecasts, monitoring project costs against budgets, preparing financial reports, and supporting procurement activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams, attend meetings, provide cost-related insights, and assist in resolving cost-related issues.
