Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily progress, ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications, and coordinating with various teams.
Inspecting work, ensuring materials meet standards, and implementing quality control procedures.
Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment, and conducting safety inspections.
Managing materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize project efficiency.
Preparing site reports, maintaining records, and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
Identifying and resolving technical issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during construction.
Working with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Adhering to all relevant regulations, codes, and project specifications.
Providing guidance and support to junior engineers or site personnel.
