The Assistant Category Business Manager supports the Category Business Manager in planning, developing, and executing strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share of assigned product categories.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or team management (freshers with strong leadership potential may also be considered).
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Problem-solving ability.
Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays if business requires.
