Role Description Taking care of day-to-day accounting matters and ensuring books of accounts should be up to date. Assisting in month end/quarter end and annual closing of books of accounts. Preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and ensure timely filing. Preparation of TDS payment workings and TDS returns workings and ensure timely filing. Cost analysis with respect to Own vehicles and preparation of Own Vehicles Profit and Loss Account on monthly basis. Keeping close eyes on reconciliations of own vehicle expenses like allowances, fuel, toll and other direct expenses of own vehicles. Ensuring expenses related to own vehicles from Hubs shall be approved and other indirect expenses shall not exceed budget/ approved limit.Keeping close eyes on documentation being maintained in support of transactions such as purchase vouchers, sale bills, expense vouchers and journal vouchers. Keeping close eyes on accounts receivable and accounts payable function. Preparation of monthly cost and revenue reconciliations and working out the provisions and accounting the same in books of accounts. Coordination with consultants and auditors and responding to their queries. Candidate shall have good technical knowledge of computer programs such Microsoft office Tools. Candidate shall have experience of working on Tally ERP Role & responsibilities Qualifications Qualified CA Familiarity with current accounting principles and financial standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency with accounting software, financial modeling and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred Experience - 2+ years Working days - 5.5 days working, 2 Saturdays will be off, other 2 will be half days.
