Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified CA with strong hands-on experience in Direct Taxation to join our team. The role involves business analysis for tax processes. You will also support stakeholders, analyse tax data, and improve workflows.

Project Duration: 12–15 months, further extendable since more changes in Income Tax

Responsibilities:

• Tax Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyse/improve tax processes, streamline workflows, and document current/future states.
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Elicit/document tax-related requirements and translate them into specifications for technical teams.
• Tax Systems Implementation and Support: Collaborate with developer and participate in tax system implementation, provide user support, and ensure systems meet tax requirements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse tax data, collaborate with developer to reports/dashboards, and ensure data integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 3+ years of post-CA experience, with strong hands-on Direct Taxation exposure including various TDS forms.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
