Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Manager to join our team in Ettumanoor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving performance, and achieving business targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide training or guidance as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Age: 25 – 45 years
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (team handling experience preferred)
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to Kottayam, Kerala
