Assistant/ Associate Manager- Production

As a Plant Operator at our client's subsidiary of a Japanese corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include: - Running the plant in shifts and continuously monitoring and maintaining plant parameters to ensure optimal performance. - Achieving production targets and actively participating in troubleshooting process-related issues. - Generating daily management information system (MIS) reports and confirming production based on daily output. - Acting as the site controller and shift in-charge during off-office hours to oversee plant operations. - Maximizing output by monitoring machine efficiencies and plant performance using various tools, and taking corrective actions in consultation with the Manager Production, Plant Manager, or respective maintenance personnel. - Handling plant start-up and shutdown procedures effectively. - Conducting routine maintenance tasks and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure machinery functions smoothly. - Demonstrating an understanding of plant P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and being involved in turbine thawing, cryo pumps thawing, and plant thawing processes. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, you are expected to bring a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the plant operations.,
