Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive assistant to help with daily administrative tasks, e-commerce product management, and basic content creation. The candidate should also know how to use AI tools for writing, image editing, and task automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, messages, and meeting schedules
  • Set reminders and track daily work tasks
  • Upload, update, and maintain products on e-commerce websites
  • Create basic product images, banners, and short videos (Canva or similar tools)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.) to create content, descriptions, and visual assets
  • Maintain digital files and documentation

Requirements

  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and writing prompts (ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office)
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
