Key Responsibilities: Invoicing: Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring they are accurate and timely. Payment Processing: Recording and applying payments received from customers. Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Collections: Following up on outstanding payments, working with customers to resolve payment issues, and implementing collection strategies. Reporting: Preparing reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures related to accounts receivable. Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, providing updates on invoices and payments, and resolving any disputes.
