Assistance Manager-Housekeeping

• To be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital.
• To supervise the work allocation given to the supervisors by the head of the department.
• To prepare duty chart for the cleaning staff.
• To coordinate with the head of the department in conducting regular meetings with the supervisors, clerks, and in charges.
• To furnish the necessary details for the preparation of the budget to the head of the department.
• To organize for the physical verification of cleaning materials.
• To check the occupancy status, work allocation and attendance register.
• To conduct regular training meetings for supervisors, in charges and clerks.
• To meet concerned nursing supervisor for the smooth functioning of the ward.
• To coordinate with purchase department for pending items.
• To handle patient's complaints in coordination with guest relations.
• To ensure smooth functioning of linen department.
• To organize for the physical verification of linen stock and cleaning materials.
• To co-ordinate with the purchase department for the pending items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
