MOTO BUSINESS SERVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Job Description Open Position: Senior Service Planner (Asst Manager) Department: Aftersales Service Schedule : Full Time Level : Executive Level Location: Bangalore (Koramangala) Employment Type : On-roll Job description / Responsibilities: 1. Deriving insights from various available data by MIS: a. Ensure proper analysis from the data available with respect to the major KPI parameters b. Based on the insights help assist on way forward for the partners, towards achieving KPI parameters. c. Develop Asset Utilization Portal further for more fruitfulness & helpful insights d. Cross-check data accuracy of various report templates from RnR / M-Connect Back-end / AUP 2. Further ensure streamlining of After-sales Department systems & processes. a. Complete ownership of the SOPs within the department b. Identify new processes within the department c. Compose the SOPs for the newly identified processes d. Regular review of the composed SOPs, based on the changes required. 3. Coordinate for updates on various OEMs / products, and conduct feasibility studies study of various products, as and when required, for any new product, new partner. a. Understand the business case b. Understand / gauge the suitability of the product for the business case c. Understand the vehicle movement for the various business cases to help assist fulfilling various KPI parameters, through partner involvement. 4. Maintain adherence to the report index. 5. Deliver various insightful information, using various DATA Science Tools like Power B.I etc.. 6. Coordinate with MSB completely for various requirements on DATA, report structures etc.. 7. Any other assignment assigned by Management as & when required Competency Requirement: Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Automobile Proficient in Data Management , MS office (knowledge of advanced excel and POWER BI would be preferred advantage) Must have a minimum of 4 ~ 5 years experience working in the Automobile sector (dealership / OEM). Should have experience of working in Fleet Management organization for at least 1 ~2 years. Must know thoroughly major Data Handling Tools. Should have good communication skills, Should be strong in analytical skills , with sound technical knowledge.
